How do I order?
You will be sent a link to download and order your Journal. If you would like to order a copy/copies of journals that you hold in a .pdf format please click order using a downloaded journal in the navigation bar above.
Why has my upload failed?
Please attempt to upload again. If the upload continues to fail we are unfortunately unable to process your order.
Why has my order not be successful?
Please recheck that you have entered all of the following information and it is correct:
- Card Holder / Address Details
- Phone Number / Email Address
- Payment Information
What if I want to make changes?
We only reproduce in print what has been supplied by your school / nursery and are unable to make changes: It is not possible to amend any typographic errors at the print stage.
What sort of quality can I expect?
Here at Group Hugs Inc, we pride ourselves on the quality of our printed journals. Please note that we have no control of the quality of the images taken by the school / nursery.
My upload is taking a long time?
If the upload status is working please stay on the page. Due to the size of files and internet speeds available it can take over 10 minutes for uploads to complete.
How long will it take for me to receive my printed journal?
We aim to despatch all Journals within 6 weeks from the date the order was placed, a confirmation email will be sent when an order is dispatched. Please note shipping may take up to 2 weeks once dispatched depending on your location. To track your order please visit our virtual assistant.
What if I miss the delivery?
Our delivery partners will leave a calling card with the details on for you to rearrange.
